PRODUCT RETURN AND EXCHANGE
CONDITIONS
Exchange Process You can send the product with the invoice
of the product within 7 days following the day your order reaches you.
You can send the product package you want to be exchanged,
undamaged, with all unused accessories of the product,
with the cargo company code and counter payment to the
address that will be notified to you.
Product and production errors such as holes, tears, sewing
errors, fabric errors, lamination errors, printing errors, etc. will be
examined and analyzed by our company and the return and exchange process will
be started after receiving approval.
(You must send the product with its unopened original box
(food supplements), textile products, unworn and unused label, including the
documents sent with it and all accessories. Otherwise, the exchange process
will not be carried out.) Free shipments are only accepted when made with the
cargo company we have a contract with.
If you send your exchange product with a cargo company other
than the contracted cargo company, the cargo fee must be paid by you.
Otherwise, the cargo you sent will not be received. When your exchange process
is completed and the product is sent to you again, the cargo fee will be paid
by you according to our contracted prices. When the product you sent reaches
us, our relevant department will call you and receive your confirmation, and
the desired product will be delivered to the cargo within 3 business days.
What should I do when I want to return the product? You can
return your order within 7 days following the day it reaches you, together with
the product's invoice, within the framework of the criteria listed below.
-We kindly request that you send the product you will
return, with its package undamaged, unopened (food supplements), the product's
unused state (textile products) and all its accessories, to the cargo company
with the company code notified to you, as a counter payment. Free shipments are
only accepted when made with the contracted cargo company.
-After sending your return, if necessary, your shipping code
may be requested from you. In order not to experience any problems, please keep
your shipping code. If you want to return the product after it reaches you, the
product price will be refunded to you, but the shipping fee will not be
refunded. (Valid for purchases under 300 TL.)
In which cases we cannot request a refund
Return period Our customers have the right to withdraw from
the distance sales contract within seven (7) days without giving any reason in
accordance with Article 7 of the 'Regulation on Distance Contracts' affiliated
to the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 4077.
How will my return payment be made
Your return will be made after the product reaches us. For
example, if you make your payment via EFT/Bank Transfer or Cash on Delivery,
your refund will be returned to you via EFT/Bank Transfer within 7 business
days after the account information registered in your name is collected from
you.
