CONSENT TEXT REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA Our LIFE
AXIS HEALTH AND MEDICAL PRODUCTS MARKETING INDUSTRY AND TRADE LIMITED COMPANY,
on behalf of PT BIWOI GLOBAL INDONESIA (“BİWOİ” and/or “Company”) has the title
of “data controller” within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal
Data No. 6698 (“Law”) regarding personal data related to customers, and this
Consent Text aims to obtain the explicit consent of customers regarding the
personal data processing activities carried out by BİWOİ and specified below in
accordance with the said Law. In the following cases where the personal data
processing conditions stipulated in Articles 5/2 and 6/3 of the Law cannot be
met, the explicit consent of customers must be obtained in order for BİWOİ to
process personal data. Data processing activities are carried out within the
scope of the Information Text regarding processes that do not require explicit
consent, and in processes that require explicit consent, data is processed in
accordance with the basic principles specified in the Information Text. In this
context, personal data of customers are processed by BİWOİ for the purposes
specified in Section 3 – Article IV of the Policy on the Processing and
Protection of Personal Data within the Scope of Law No. 6698 and in accordance
with the procedure herein. Accordingly, personal data; Creating campaigns for
customers, offering special opportunities that BİWOİ business partners can use
on BİWOİ to BİWOİ customers, making cross-selling, determining the target
audience, following customer movements and carrying out activities to increase
the user experience, developing the operation of BİWOİ's website and mobile
application and personalizing it according to customer needs, carrying out
direct and indirect marketing, personalized marketing and remarketing
activities, carrying out personalized segmentation, targeting, analysis and
in-house reporting activities, planning and executing market research, customer
satisfaction activities, customizing the products and services offered by BİWOİ
according to the tastes, usage habits and needs of the relevant people and
recommending and introducing them to the relevant people, and planning and
executing customer relations management processes, including the purposes of
planning and executing the sales and marketing processes of BİWOİ's products
and/or services in general, planning and executing the processes of creating
and/or increasing loyalty to the products and/or services offered by BİWOİ, and
may be processed in accordance with the approval of the Customer within the
scope of It may be shared with the parties specified in the Information Text
for these purposes.
